As our partner network grows, so do your perks — member-only pricing, surprise travel upgrades, and community access are all part of the journey. And here's the best part: a portion of every membership payment goes directly toward our Passport to Healing program, so every stamp you collect helps send someone else on a trip they truly need.

Anyone can create a free Community Member account and start collecting a few stamps along the way — but Club Members ($14/month) are the ones truly in the running for our luxury trip giveaways. Here's what a year looks like side by side:

How do the trip giveaways work?

TLP will announce when a Travel Giveaway opens. During the entry period, members log into their Member Portal and use stamps to enter the active giveaway. When the giveaway closes, a recipient is selected through an automated random process. The recipient is then notified and can choose from the destinations available at that time.

When are winners announced?

Our first trip winners will be announced July 18, 2026. All announcements happen via email and across our social channels.

How will I be contacted if I win?

We reach out to winners by phone, text, and email — so make sure your contact info stays current in your Member Portal. Once a winner is announced and notified, they have 1 week to respond and confirm. If we don't hear back within that time, we'll move on to the next lucky traveler.

How long do I have to claim my trip and actually take it?

Once a winner is announced and notified, you'll have 1 week to respond and confirm your win. After that, you'll have up to 6 months to let us book your trip — plenty of time to find the perfect dates and get that PTO approved.

What happens if I can't take the trip?

Accepted Answer

Life happens — we get it. If you can't take your trip within the 6-month window, you can gift it to family or friends, or gift it to our Passport to Healing program. Unfortunately, trips cannot be exchanged for cash. If none of those options work, just let us know and we'll move on to the next lucky traveler in the drawing. You keep all your membership perks and stamps, and you'll still be entered in every future giveaway.
