Victoria "Tori" Armstrong
co-founderGrace and Tori are lifelong best friends, born just two weeks apart and raised across the street from one another. Through decades of friendship, they've supported each other through life's most challenging seasons — grief, single parenthood, emotional exhaustion, and rebuilding.
Grace spent nearly 20 years creating and leading national programs within a military nonprofit, helping service members and their families transition from military to civilian life — often due to medical injuries, illness, or life-altering circumstances. Raising her children as a single mother while supporting a loved one through mental health challenges deeply shaped her belief in the need for compassion, stability, and intentional space to step away, gain perspective, and breathe.
After experiencing profound personal loss, Tori unexpectedly found herself raising her two sons on her own, one of whom is on the autism spectrum. Navigating grief while carrying the responsibilities of single parenthood reinforced her belief in the value of stepping away from daily demands to regain balance and clarity.
Together, their lived and professional experiences inspired them to co-found The Lucky Passport — a luxury-inspired travel membership designed to make exceptional travel feel accessible and exciting. They also created Passport to Healing™ as the heart of their give-back mission, providing restorative travel experiences for individuals, caregivers, and families navigating significant emotional or mental challenges.
